Today I started my permanent part-time position at North Carolina State University (NCSU) in a new center they’ve created for Lebanese Diaspora Studies. I love it! It is exactly what I’ve been looking for in a job and it gives me the opportunity to practice/pursue my photography and grow my business.

But I also get the enjoyment of working something steady and knowing I have a monthly paycheck to cover my expenses. I’m so excited about this position. I have to walk from the parking deck to the building I work in, but that’s another positive because I love walking and I get to take pictures along the way. So, needless to say, today I took some random pictures of things I saw along my walk to the building. I hope you all enjoy the photos!
