Today my business partner and I volunteered to photograph the MS Walk in our area. We were at the PNC Arena where we took team photos, photos of the actual walk, some candid photos of the participants, vendors, teams, volunteers and staff. I am going to be honest, I have never participated in a walk before and was not sure what to expect at this particular event. It was enormous with plenty of people there. I immediately noticed that there were a lot of dogs present also.

I thought a lot of them were cute and I decided to take their pictures. I have decided to showcase their pictures here on my blog. I was not attempting any particular techniques as I was usually snapping photos of these cuties in between taking team photos and during the walk. So, they were usually quick and so I wouldn’t be too noticeable. You will even notice there was a pony present at the MS Walk (check the slider if you haven’t) and I couldn’t turn down a picture of that. As you know, when I worked at DDS I walked a lot and I usually walked with a good friend of mine named Jane. She is in her 60s and gets around well, works full-time, travels in her spare time, participates in a book club, has two dogs and LOVES to walk. So it was nice to see her at this event after leaving DDS and it was nice to finally meet both of her cute dogs, Luna and Zoe. I hope you enjoy the pictures of the furry creatures as much as I loved taking them. 😀
